What is Chakra Balancing?

In simple terms, it means to re-align the imbalanced Chakras. The body gets into the mesh of various diseases; mental and physical when the Chakras go off-track. For healthier life, one has to have all the Chakras in balance. Thus, Chakra balancing is of utmost importance.

Chakras and Rudraksha Beads:

The use of Rudraksha beads has been a part of Vedic culture since the time immemorial. It is a seed used for Vedic rituals, prayers and meditation. This seed comes from Elaeocarpus ganitrus, the large broad-leaved trees found in the Himalayan regions in Nepal. They are also grown by the locals of Java in Indonesia.

The studies have shown that the Rudraksha beads are capable of counteract any surplus charge stuffed into the body. These beads are able to alleviate one’s anguish and repercussions of Karmas. In 1985, Dr. S.P. Gupta studied Rudraksha and inferred that the intake of Rudraksha powder can alleviate issues pertaining to high blood pressure. Likewise, Mr. Vasntrao Vaidya from the Indian state of Maharashtra concluded that the electrical properties of water can be changed by putting Rudraksha beads underwater; this method can purify the water.

Rudraksha beads come in various Mukhis; one mukhi to 21 mukhis. And each mukhi plays an essential role in curing the Chakras. For example, an imbalanced Root Chakra can be cured by wearing 6 mukhis, 8 mukhis and 10 mukhis Rudraksha beads that make the wear brave and practical. Rudraksha beads help the wearer open the blocked Chakras and balance them. Each chakra has an explicit characteristic depending on which we have to wear a particular Rudraksha.
